Each package provided contains only the best quality work at the price and image quantity fit for you and your session!
All sessions Require a Non-refundable Retainer* of 50% of the total session price at the time of booking in order to reserve your session date & time.
The non-refundable deposit will be deducted from the total session price.
Remaining balance will be due up until the day before the session.

FAQ
What is a retainer?
A retainer is a non-refundable payment on your session to secure your chosen date and time. Your retainer will be 50% of the cost of your session and taken out of your total session cost.
Ex: your session is $250. You'll pay the $125 retainer and owe the remainder of $125 the day before your session.
How will I be able to access my images once they are finished?
I will send you a link to your own personal gallery where you will be able to view and download your images.
How will I be able to save my images?
When you access your gallery through your link, each gallery will have instructions on how to download your photos. Refer to the page "How to save my images" in the main menu.

Do I have to order prints through you?
No, not at all! While prints are available to be purchased through your gallery, you may print them wherever you'd like! If you do not buy through your gallery I do not recommend buying prints through common printing places (such as Walmart and Walgreens) as they do not guarantee quality printing and your images will often print looking different than the original image. I highly recommend MPix to print your images if not purchased from your gallery.
What is your late policy?
For Regular Sessions:
I offer a 10 minute grace period for those running just a little bit behind. After those 10 minutes are up, each minute late will be deducted from your session time. Extended session time may be offered if available for $50 every 10 minutes over time. An invoice will be sent before sneak peaks are sent.
For Mini Sessions:
Every minute late is deducted from your session time as due to the short time frame and high volume of clientele
What if I need to reschedule or cancel my session?
Rescheduling:
Rescheduling your session for another available date or time is allowed once up to 24 hours before the prior agreed upon session date and time. You will not be charged extra and your non-refundable deposit will still be applicable for your new date and time
Rescheduling your session for another date or time 24 hours or sooner to the prior agreed upon session date and time will result in losing your previous non-refundable deposit on your previous date and time and will require another non-refundable deposit on your new chosen date or time.
Cancellation of any session will result in you forfeiting your non-refundable deposit at the discretion of Rose McKnight. This previous deposit will not be applicable to any future sessions.
When will I receive my images?
I have a 2-3 week turn around time during the months of January- August. From September-December my turn around time is 3-4 weeks.
If you need your images sooner, you can pay an additional $100 to expedite your turnaround time to 1 week.
Will I get a Sneak Peak?
Depending on the session, you will receive 3-5 photos from your session 24-48 hours after your session
